Good Morning America Weekend - 1 Hour
Saturday & Sunday at 8am
Show Info -
Good Morning America expanded to seven days a week in September 2004, providing up-to-the-minute news, weather and topical features from the familiar set of the weekday program located at the crossroads of the world, Times Square.
Co-anchors Dan Harris and Bianna Golodryga bring great energy and versatility to the show. In his 11 years at ABC News, Dan, who also anchors World News Tonight Sunday, has traveled the globe, reporting from Haiti, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iraq, Ground Zero, South Korea, Israel and the West Bank. His interests range from international affairs and politics to technology and indie music. Golodryga covers the economy, Wall Street, business trends and financial issues. She was responsible for the network’s digital media and social networking coverage during the 2008 Presidential election. Both Harris and Golondryga will continue to prepare reports for all ABC News broadcasts and platforms.
GMA Weekend will have an increased focus on lifestyle and leisure topics more suited for the relaxed pace of the weekend.
